The Wierbinski family of Erie has a long history of serving and sacrificing.

One served during the Korean War.

Two other members of the family were drafted by the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam.

Jim, who just turned 80 years-old graduated from East High School.

Not long after returning from Vietnam, his younger brother Bill was off on his assignment.

When Bill returned from his tour of duty, he was ready to get married.

His brother followed and they have an interesting story to tell about their future brides.

They are the focus of our weekly series, "Remembering Our Veterans".
