The Erie Zoo will host McDonald’s Day on Saturday, August 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring a special scavenger hunt for children ages 12 and under.

Thanks to support from McDonald’s, each child participating will receive a themed map at the front gate to guide them on a self-paced treasure hunt across the zoo. Along the way, children will encounter fun activity stations and small prizes, with a final McDonald’s themed reward waiting at the end.

The event is included with regular zoo admission and is designed to promote family engagement, learning, and discovery throughout the zoo grounds.

“We’re grateful to McDonald’s for partnering with us to offer a fun and interactive experience for young visitors,” said Roo Kojancie, Erie Zoo President and CEO.

No registration is required. Families are invited to come enjoy the scavenger hunt and explore the Erie Zoo during regular operating hours.
