A teenager has died after an ATV accident.

It happened late Tuesday afternoon off Valley Rd. in Venango Twp.

Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook identified the victim as Haden O’Connor, 13, of Union City.

He and a friend were riding a side-by-side ATV when it flipped on top of O'Connor.

His friend was able to push it off. 

O’Connor was pronounced dead at UPMC Hamot Hospital at 5 p.m. 

Cook ruled the death accidental due to blunt force trauma to the trunk.

A GoFundMe has been started to help cover funeral expenses.
