People hit the links early on Sunday morning for the Kenny VanGiesen Memorial Golf tournament.

The event benefited the KRV Veterans Relief Scholarship Fund and it's in honor of Kenny VanGiesen who died in 2011 while serving our country.


In addition to the golf scramble, people could enjoy a banquet, bid on raffles, win prizes, and enjoy food and drinks and go home with a keepsake golf ball.

Prizes were awarded to the top teams who placed in the tournament.
