On a per-share basis, the Malvern, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 1 cent. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 7 cents per share.

The chipmaker posted revenue of $762.3 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in September, Vishay said it expects revenue in the range of $755 million to $795 million.
