Former Pennsylvania Corrections Officer Charged in Sex and Identity Theft Scheme
A former Pennsylvania corrections officer faces serious charges.
Kristina Miller, 35, is accused of having sexual relationships with three inmates at SCI Forest and using the prison’s computer system to steal identities for a fraud scheme.
Investigators say the alleged crimes happened between 2020 and 2023 while she worked at the facility.
Authorities say Miller accessed inmate information and shared it with a co-conspirator to commit financial fraud.
She’s charged with felony institutional sexual assault, unlawful use of a computer, and conspiracy-related misdemeanors.
Attorney General Dave Sunday says Miller abused her position, violating public trust and the integrity of the prison system.
Miller, from McKean County, was arraigned Wednesday with bail set at $100,000 unsecured. The case will be handled by the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Section.
