FastBridge Fiber is expanding to Erie, according to a news release published Tuesday.

The company announced it is bringing its 100% fiber-to-the-home network to Erie and nearby areas, including Harborcreek Township. The move will give thousands of residents high-speed internet with symmetrical speeds up to 10 gigabits.

CEO Jason Schreiber says high-speed internet is essential for work, education, and staying connected. He said the expansion empowers residents with better service and more choices, while also boosting competition and opportunities in the region.

FastBridge already serves communities in Pennsylvania and New York, including Buffalo, Bloomsburg, and Berks County.
