Logistics Plus is earning some national recognition, securing a place on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

It’s the seventh time in the last eight years—and the tenth time overall—the Erie-based logistics provider has made the list.

Founded in 1996, Logistics Plus now operates in more than 50 countries with a workforce of over 1,200.

CEO Jim Berlin credited the company’s momentum to its mission “to solve problems, create opportunities, and have fun along the way,” noting that consistent growth comes from a culture of innovation and service.

The Inc. 5000 list honors companies demonstrating exceptional revenue growth, even during challenging economic periods. Collectively, the 2025 honorees added nearly 49,000 jobs nationwide.

Logistics Plus stands out as one of only two Erie companies on the list and one of just 139 in the logistics sector.
