Sunday was the final day for an iconic summer activity.

People were able to take one last float on the Original Endless River at Water World.

After Sunday, it will be closed and replaced. A new endless river will be coming in 2026 along with mini tipping buckets, a water fountain tunnel, jets, and curtains. This is part of new water park projects that will include the Endless River and new slides and attractions.

A few other slides including the Wild River and Raging River will also be taken out, the last days to go on those will be September 1.
