Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity is running for Governor of Pennsylvania. 

The Republican announced her campaign in a video Monday. If elected, she said she will “work hard every day to fix the problems Josh Shapiro created.”

She said she plans to share ideas about how to make Pennsylvania affordable, bring more jobs to the state, and “bring integrity and honesty to the Governor’s office.”

Garrity is a retired U.S. Army Colonel. She took office in 2021.

Her campaign described her as a “strong ally of President Trump and shares his commitment to putting working families first.”
