Warren, PA - Warren County will once again see hundreds of motorcycles hit the road this weekend for the 9th annual Rally in the Valley charity ride.

The event is set for Saturday, August 23rd, beginning at Betts Park in Warren. Registration opens at 8:00AM, with kickstands up at 10:45AM.
Riders will travel across Warren County, including the rare opportunity to cross the Kinzua Dam, made possible with help from the Army Corps of Engineers.

Proceeds from the ride benefit the Warren County Veterans Emergency Fund, which helps provide support for local veterans in need.

“A man by the name of Shawn Castro, who was a Navy veteran and worked for the Corps of Engineers, started this ride quite a few years ago,” said event organizer Jeff Frailey. “One hundred percent of our registration fees go to the Warren County Veterans Emergency Fund plus any other donations we get along the way from riders. We had 355 riders last year and are hoping for just as many if not more this year.”

Registration for Rally in the Valley will remain open until 10:40AM on August 26th at Betts Park, organizers remind anyone planning to register to bring cash, as there are no ATMs available at the park.
