A new sports training center is now open in Erie.

Erie Strike Zone Academy is now open on Colonial Avenue.


Business owners held a celebration and open house for community members to learn more about the facility.


Erie Strike Zone is baseball and softball dedicated training facility.

Their location includes batting cages, an open turf, and a lounge area.

Organizers said this is just phase one and they have two more phases they are looking to complete.

They are hoping to complete work on the next two phases in the near future.
