The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is inviting the public to review plans for a proposed project to replace the bridge that carries Little Cooley Rd. over Little Federal Run in Athens Twp., Crawford Co.

The project will include replacing the existing structure with a new concrete bridge.  

The current bridge is rated in poor condition. It was built in 1940, PennDOT said.
