Mural Being Painted in Erie For College Football Award

Erie-based Logistics Plus has been tasked with transporting and delivering the Joe Moore Award, the largest trophy in American sports.
The award weighs over 800 pounds and is more than 7 feet tall.
The company has partnered with local muralist Jason Mumford to celebrate the assignment.
He is painting a large mural that celebrates the award.
It is being painted on the Logistic Plus, Erie Times-News building on West 12th St. in Erie.
“This project combines our passion for logistics, our pride in Erie, and our excitement for college football’s greatest offensive line trophy,” Jim Berlin, founder & CEO of Logistics Plus, said. “We’re proud to work with Jason to create something that will inspire the community and become a local landmark.”
The Joe More Award mural is expected to be completed in early October. There will be a public unveiling event.
