9th Annual Jakes Rocks Trail Fest Set for September 19th–20th

Warren, PA - Biking enthusiasts from across the region are gearing up for the 9th Annual Jakes Rocks Trail Fest in Warren and McKean Counties, sponsored by the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry.
The event runs Friday, September 19th, through Saturday, September 20th.
Shuttles will be available for both bikers and non-bikers, and the festival will feature group and solo rides, live music, and vendors throughout both days. To accommodate the event, the Route 59 Bridge will remain open with one lane of traffic.
The Trail Fest is the largest fundraiser for the Trails at Jakes Rocks, which are maintained by volunteers in collaboration with the U.S. Forest Service.
"This is the biggest fundraiser for the Trails at Jakes Rocks, it's really the only one we do annually," Savannah Casey, one of the event organizers explained. "The trails are solely maintained by the hard work and dedication of volunteers, and what we make from this event helps purchase all the supplies needed to keep the trails in great condition. Trail Fest is a giant fundraiser, but also a party and a celebration of our great outdoor recreation."
"We of course encourage all of the bikers in the area, and beyond, to come out for the event," said Jim Decker, WCCBI CEO/President. "But non-bikers are welcome as well. You can come out and experience the ambiance and enjoy the festival, there is no charge for the festival itself, so we really encourage and welcome the public to come up."
The festival has become a staple for outdoor recreation in the Pennsylvania Wilds, boosting tourism while supporting the long-term care of the trails.
