People flocked to the Homegrown Harvest Festival at Goodell Gardens this past weekend.

Celebrating the fall harvest season is a 19-year tradition.

In addition to the beauty of the gardens, visitors could enjoy blacksmith demonstrations, live music, handmade art, local farm products and more than 60 area vendors.

Executive Director Dylanna Grasinger said the events at the gardens are about bringing the community together.

They have more events on the way including an October fundraiser and a special Halloween event.

This year they'll be extending events at Goodell Gardens into the month of December.
