With sunshine and temperatures reaching the low fifties, Tuesday was a perfect day for the opening of golf season at Whispering Woods Golf Club.

Golfers took advantage of the good weather and hit the links at the Millcreek Township golf course for the first time since last fall. 

Tee times can be made by calling the club at 814-838-9942. 

Whispering Woods is one of the first golf courses to open for the season in the region.
