The City of Meadville's Giving Tree, located behind the Meadville Police Department, is providing those in need with winter hats, mittens, and scarves. 

The City is asking that those interested only take one bag per person that as many people as possible can be helped. 

Anyone interested in donating additionally items such as toiletries, new socks, hats, etc. should drop them off at the Police Dispatch desk inside.
