A man was arrested for planting a camera in a bathroom at a Summit Township, Erie County, business, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

It was reported at the Krispy Kreme on Peach St. on Friday afternoon.

Corey Clark, 34, of Punxsutawney, Pa., was arrested on charges for invasion of privacy.

Investigators said Clark placed a hidden camera in an air vent above the toilet in the men’s restroom.

The camera was discovered by a 44-year-old man from Macedon, New York, who was accompanied by a 9-year-old boy, troopers said.

The victim handed the camera over to Krispy Kreme staff, who immediately contacted state police.

While staff waited for troopers to arrive, Clark approached them and requested the return of the camera, according to investigators. Staff refused, and Clark was later located outside the business, troopers said.

He was arrested and taken in for questioning. State police said both the camera and Clark’s cellphone were seized as evidence.

Clark, who has no connection to the business, was arraigned and taken to Erie County Prison.
