Presque Isle State Park will have four beaches open and guarded for swimming this Memorial Day Weekend. 

The beaches will be open for swimming on Saturday, May 24, Sunday, May 25 and Monday, May 26.

The following beaches will be open and guarded: 

  • Beach 3 (Barracks Beach) 12:00 Noon - 7:15 PM
  • Beach 6 (Lyons Beach) 12:00 Noon - 7:15 PM
  • Beach 8 (Pettinato Beach) 12:00 Noon - 7:15 PM
  • Beach 11 (Kohler Beach) 12:00 Noon - 7:15 PM

Additionally, Beach 8 will offer ADA access. 

Visitors should refer to the three new swimming information signs in the inbound lane of the park for daily updates.
