Investigation Continues into Officer Involved Shooting
It's been more than two weeks since a deadly officer involved shooting in the Reserve at Millcreek apartment complex.
Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the initial police call and the deadly force that resulted.
Millcreek Police Officers were called in for reports of a man smashing car windshields with a hammer. Police were attempting to arrest the suspect.
Witnesses said he was not cooperating.
Officers first tazed the suspect, then one fired his service revolver, fatally wounding him.
The victim was identified at 36 year-old Patrick Kanonczyk, who lived in the apartments.
State Police and County detectives are continuing to review police body camera video, and talk to witnesses.
They'll refer their findings to district attorney Beth Hirz.
