Marchello Woodard's Family Speaks to Erie News Now
The sister and cousins of Marchello Woodard sat down with Mike Ruzzi and Philip Ward Monday night to voice their frustrations with the lack of information and answers they have received from law enforcement officials.
"It is very disappointing because I know if it was a regular civilian that shot an agent, it would be blown up and everything would be out for the public," said Snowie Crosby, Woodard's sister.
"He wanted to make a positive change in the community, he was very excited about that and then to have that ended in such a tragic manner and we still do not have any answers, that is what is frustrating," said Jerry Roberts, Woodard's cousin.
"He loved his family, he was a family man and anything you wanted he would give you," said Desiree Hasberry, Woodard's cousin.
Community members also said they plan to protest Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. at Erie City Hall.
