Nearly 15 years since he played his last football game for the Penn State Nittany Lions, Drew Astorino is still being recognized for his gridiron achievements.

Astorino was recently named one of the top ten Penn State Safeties of the last quarter Century.

Astorino is ranked 8th overall by a panel made up of media members from the State College area.

Astorino helped General McLane win State Football and Basketball titles during 2006-2007 scholastic year.

Erie News Now recently caught up with Astorino, who played for the Nittany Lions from 2008 until 2011.
