Vigil for Two Year Old Killed in Daycare Fire Set for Tuesday

A vigil will be held for Dalvin Pacley, a 2-year-old toddler who was killed in Sunday’s daycare fire, Tuesday at 6 p.m.
His family will honor the toddler's memory at the site of the fire - 1248 W. 11 St.
